  • Mots-C is reported safe and recommended doses
  • Injection site irritation and/or rash
  • Mots-C targets the folate cycle and de novo purine biosynthesis pathway is it is possible a depletion of intracellular 5-methyl tetrahydrofolate may occur when using this peptide, may need to substitute folate if you are prone to folate deficiencies
  • It is recommended to check homocystine and folate levels and patients taking Mots-C
