Indications/Uses:
  • Tanning
  • Protection from photo toxicity
  • Support for metabolism: lipolytic, appetite control, anti-inflammatory, decreases oxidative stress

Lounge Only: 

Tanning phase: 0.05 (5 units)- daily until the desired tan is obtained you will need to expose yourself every day to the sun during this phase, even if briefly. Pack of 7- $150 

Maintenance phase: 0.10 (10 units)- twice per week. This is the phase when you have reached your desired level of tan. Pack of 4 – $100.

Precautions and potential side effects: 
  • Facial/body flushing when first injected
  • Increased darkness on current moles/freckles/sun spots
  • Reduced appetite
  • Redness and pain at the site of injection can happen
  • Nausea, vomiting, yawning, involuntary stretching and dark blotches on lips
  • Delayed onset of erection (approximately 2 hours), and can cause an erection lasting more than 2 hours
Warnings and precautions:  
  • Do not use if there is a personal or family history of melanoma or non-melanoma skin cancer
  • Use with caution if you have high blood pressure
  • Do not use concurrently with PDE5 inhibitor (PT-141)
  • Do not use for 6 months after laser treatments, micro needling, microdermabrasion, chemical peels or getting a tattoo due to potential increased melanocyte activation which could possibly lead to darker spots around treatment areas 
  • Abnormal proliferation of the cells
  • Renal failure
  • Rhabdomyolysis
  • Green tinge to skin
