Indications/Uses:
Hypoactive sexual disorder ( a.k.a. decreased libido)
  • Used in male or female sexual dysfunction disorder
    • Improves female sexual dysfunction, including hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD) and female sexual arousal disorder
    • Improves erectile dysfunction in men

  • G.I. distress, including nausea, is common and potentially severe and sensitive individuals
  • The most common side effects are:
    • Flushing
    • Headache
    • Nausea/vomiting
  • Pain and swelling after repeated shots to the same injection site- (rotate injection site)
  • Using before bedtime may affect sleep patterns
  • Do not use if you have a history of uncontrolled hypertension or cardiovascular disease
  • If you develop fast heart rate (tachycardia) when using this medication, please discontinue use
  • PT 141 is reported to slow gastric emptying and can have an impact on absorption of medication’s. Use with caution
  • Hyper pigmentation may occur, including face, gums and breasts. The risk of this increases in those with darker skin color
